DELIVERY & RETURNS

DELIVERY POLICY
I currently only offer delivery within the UK.
✧ UK SHIPPING - Orders under £75 you can select at the checkout to have your order sent via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed Next Day before 1pm.
Orders over £75 can only be sent using Special Delivery, this is to protect your purchase and make sure it is insured for the full value. Cheaper or alternative delivery methods will not offer compensation if the delivery is lost in transit.
I strongly suggest you opt for Special Delivery even for items under £75.
You'll receive a notification with tracking information when your order has been despatched.

✧ Ready to ship items will be despatched within 2 working days.

✧ Made to order items are made individually to order, please allow 6 to 8 weeks for your order to be despatched, this allows for fabrication and hallmarking (where required) to be completed. You will be notified when your item is despatched and tracking details will be sent to you.
I always aim to have orders completed as quickly as possible but please contact me if you need something sooner and I'll do my best.

✧ Busy periods and special commissions may take slightly longer.
In all cases I'll keep you updated and aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

✧ COLLECTION - Orders can be collected in person from my studio in Three Crosses, Swansea. Please select 'Gower Collection' at the checkout, I will then be in contact to arrange a suitable collection time. Please do not attempt collection without prior arrangement, I need time to prepare your order so booking a collection time with me time is essential.
RETURNS POLICY
✧ Requests for a refund must be made within 14 days of receiving your item. The item must be returned in it's original condition and packaging within 28 days of receiving it, along with proof of purchase.
This is excludes earrings, they cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

✧ You will be notified once the item has been received and your refund will be processed via the original payment method.
The buyer is responsible for any return postage costs, please make sure you return items using tracked or signed for postage as I cannot issue a refund until I have safely received your item.

✧ To start a return, please contact info@blaemaddrell.com. If your return request is accepted please send your item to: Blae Maddrell, 34 Gowerton Road, Three Crosses, Swansea, SA4 3PX.
Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

✧ Made to order rings, you are responsible for ordering the correct size so please don't just guess!
I offer in-person sizing by arrangement and ring sizers can be purchased for £2.95 here and sent Royal Mail 1st Class.
If you order a sizer at the same time as your ring I will send the sizer to you first, please then message me with your size.
Refunds on orders of an incorrect size are at my discretion and resizing will incur an additional fee.

I offer a 12 month guarantee which applies to any genuine fault. This excludes damage caused accidentally and from general wear and tear. Outside of this period a repair fee will apply.
Manufactured chains are excluded.
Postage costs are not included.
Non-returnable Items
✧ Bespoke and commissioned orders cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
I offer one size alteration to commission pieces as a good will gesture at my discretion within 30 days of purchase. Further alterations will incur a resizing fee.

✧ Gift cards cannot be refunded but can be used towards bespoke commissions.
​
✧ Sample sale items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
